Job Description

Special Lite Products has a current opening at our Latrobe, PA facility for a Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist. In this position you will be expected to satisfy a wide range of customer needs and will perform a variety of work assignments for the company.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist will use good communication and customer engagement skills to highlight the attributes of our products and services in support of profitable revenue growth. The primary responsibilities of this position are as follows: Grow and Manage e-commerce account platforms (Amazon, Wayfair, etc.). Develop and implement unique customer acquisition campaigns to increase qualified lead volume. Develop and manage e-mail marketing campaigns and associated KPIs with support of creative design team utilizing platforms such as Constant Contact or MailChimp. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns through Google and Microsoft Advertising. Handle customer inquiries received via phone, e-mail, web or other sources to understand needs, resolve concerns and/or pass on to appropriate department for handling. Understand and demonstrate our products and services to the customer. Other duties as assigned or required, including training as back-up support for graphics and design department. Education and/or
Experience:
High School / GED required; Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred; 2 to 5 years of related experience or training.
Preferred Experience:
To stand out from the pack, a competitive candidate will have one or more of the following: Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms Experience with MailChimp, Constant Contact, or other similar platforms. Experience with Amazon Seller Central to include listing products, advertising products, and calculating overall profitability of various products. Experience in customer service, to include handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Compensation:
This is a full time, hourly position with an expected base compensation range between $49k-$54k annually. Additionally, this position is eligible for a quarterly bonus structure tied to achieving key performance metrics.
