Job Description

Job Title:
Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist Location:
Murrysville, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary:
We are representing a leading organization seeking a Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Specialist to support digital content creation, marketing communications, and content enablement across a global business. Our team is looking for someone who can help manage digital shelf content, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and keep product information accurate, compliant, and aligned with business priorities.
Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders across global marketing, North America marketing, sales enablement, digital marketing, and related teams to create and deliver content that supports business strategy. Manage external agency and vendor relationships by providing the right insight, details, and information to support timely delivery. Provide project management support across multiple initiatives, including tracking progress, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders. Support content harmonization, digital shelf expansion, and content syndication efforts to maintain a consistent and compliant customer experience.
Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce Management, or an equivalent field. 5-10 years of experience in marketing operations, e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field, ideally within the healthcare or medical device industries. Familiarity with content management systems or product experience systems, especially Salsify. Strong project management skills, excellent written and oral communication, and high attention to detail with the ability to multitask across competing priorities. Experience managing legal and regulatory approvals. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally while supporting content management across systems and channels.
