Job Description

Minuteman Press Philadelphia is a full-service print, apparel, and branding company helping businesses bring their ideas to life through high-quality production and fast, reliable fulfillment. We work with startups, growing brands, and established organizations to deliver everything from custom apparel and embroidery to signage, marketing materials, and large-scale print projects — all handled in-house.
Our focus is simple:
make it easy for businesses to get what they need with a fast turnaround, when they need it, without compromising on quality. This position is responsible for executing embroidery production and managing the fulfillment of e-commerce apparel orders from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced print production environment. They will play a key role in ensuring orders are produced accurately, packed correctly, and shipped on time. What This Role REALLY Does This person: Turns orders into finished products Keeps embroidery machines running efficiently Makes sure nothing falls through the cracks Helps you scale fulfillment without chaos If they're slow or sloppy → your whole system breaks. So don't hire soft here.
Core Responsibilities:
Embroidery Production Operate embroidery machines (RICOMA) (single + multi-head if needed) Hoop garments and prep materials properly Load and adjust embroidery files Monitor stitch quality, thread tension, and alignment Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Ensure consistency across all garments E-Commerce Fulfillment Pick, pack, and ship apparel orders (DTF, embroidery, etc.) Verify order accuracy (sizes, designs, quantities) Print shipping labels and process orders through platforms like ShipStation Coordinate with production team on order status Handle same-day / rush orders when needed Order & Workflow Management Review incoming orders from DecoNetwork or online store Prioritize jobs based on deadlines Flag issues (missing artwork, inventory issues, etc.) Update order statuses in system Quality Control Inspect finished embroidery for: Stitch consistency Color accuracy Placement Catch mistakes BEFORE they go out Inventory Support Track blank apparel inventory Notify team when stock is low Organize workspace and materials Ideal Candidate Has embroidery experience (or learns fast) Comfortable working with production equipment Detail-oriented (small mistakes = big problems) Moves with urgency (you're running a real operation, not a hobby shop) Organized and process-driven Can handle repetitive work without losing focus Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valuable) Experience with DecoNetwork Experience with DTF workflows Basic graphic file understanding (DST, PNG, etc.) Warehouse or fulfillment experience Experience with bulk order handling Work Environment Fast-paced print production shop Mix of independent work + team collaboration Standing, lifting boxes, working with machines Growth Opportunity This role can evolve into:
