Our focus is simple:
build one great store, then scale it. The Role We are looking for a reliable and organized HQ Operations Coordinator to support our internal team. This is a light but important role focused on coordination, tracking, and follow-up — not a high-pressure or sales-heavy position. Perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and enjoys keeping things organized and on track. Work Schedule Part-time (around 4 hours per day)- Mon to Fri, Flexible hours
- Not a high-stress role Key Responsibilities Update and maintain internal tracking sheets (store progress, weekly data, task lists)
- Prepare simple reports for weekly meetings
- Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed
- Coordinate internal communication across teams
- Organize and track design and marketing requests
- Assist in tracking new store and existing store progress What This Role Is NOT Not a sales role
- Not responsible for pricing or cost decisions
- No direct supplier or factory communication
- Not a high-pressure customer service role Requirements Strong English communication (required)
- Mandarin Chinese is a plus
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Responsible and reliable
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / basic tools
