As a Senior App Store Optimization Specialist, you will act as a consultative partner driving high-impact organic acquisition strategies across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Joining an industry-leading digital enterprise, you will transform data insights into high-converting storefront experiences and lead end-to-end growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Spearhead full-lifecycle App Store Optimization strategies, including metadata updates and creative asset refreshes, to drive sustained organic user acquisition and maximize conversion rates.

Execute comprehensive market research, competitor benchmarking, and keyword optimization to elevate brand discoverability across global app store search algorithms.

Direct robust A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate messaging, optimize user acquisition funnels, and improve store listing performance.

Synthesize performance analytics across conversion metrics, organic rankings, and post-install trends to deliver consultative, data-driven recommendations to cross-functional leadership.
Qualifications:
3+ years of specialized experience driving App Store Optimization (ASO), organic growth, and conversion funnel strategies for consumer-facing mobile applications.

Mastery of enterprise app optimization platforms (App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Sensor Tower, or AppTweak) and analytical tools.

Proven track record of leveraging rigorous A/B testing methodologies and performance data to scale digital acquirements in dynamic, high-visibility environments.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience; exceptional strategic communication skills with cross-functional collaborative expertise.
