Experience level Mid-level Professional Job type Full-time Work mode Hybrid (Remote/Office) Employment type Permanent Location(s) Alpharetta - Georgia - United States of America Channel Administration Analyst Position Overview The Channel Sales Organization is seeking a highly detail-oriented and execution-focused Channel Administration Analyst to support distributor and customer onboarding activities across the U.S. channel ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in ensuring new and existing channel partners are onboarded accurately, efficiently, and on schedule through disciplined data management, cross-functional coordination, and issue resolution. This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days per week in the Peachtree Corners, Georgia office. Channel Administration Analyst This position will be in greater Atlanta metro area. Role Description You'll make an impact by: Responsibilities Onboarding Operations Monitor and Measure end-to-end onboarding execution for distributors, resellers, and customers, ensuring all required data, documentation, approvals, and system inputs are completed accurately and on time Serving as an operational point of coordination across Sales, Channel Operations, Digital Marketing, EDI, IT, and external partners throughout the onboarding lifecycle Creating, maintaining, and monitoring onboarding reporting tools to track intake requests, data completeness, milestones, dependencies, and overall onboarding progress Own structured handoffs between onboarding, EDI, and downstream channel enablement teams to ensure seamless transitions Channel Readiness Assisting with data entry, validation, and updates across channel operations, CMS, and e-commerce systems to ensure accuracy and completeness Maintaining accurate product, customer, and partner data needed for initial onboarding and digital readiness Supporting product attribute setup and updates across distributor and retail website platforms Creating and maintaining reporting tools to support analyses of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes Troubleshooting, Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Identifying and resolving data discrepancies, product display issues, and onboarding-related risks across retailer, distributor, and internal systems Monitoring and tracking onboarding status and related dependencies that impact downstream enablement and transactional readiness Proactively identifying issues, assessing impact, and escalating appropriately to ensure timely resolution Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance onboarding processes, data quality, documentation, tracking mechanisms, and overall operational efficiency Scope & Impact Directly supports revenue enablement by ensuring distributors and customers are operationally ready to transact Acts as a key execution layer between Sales, Channel Operations, Digital Marketing, and multiple operational teams Influences onboarding cycle times, data integrity, product visibility, and partner digital readiness Provides structure and visibility across complex, cross-functional onboarding workflows You will win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5 plus years of experience in data entry, e-commerce operations, channel operations, onboarding, or a similar role—preferably within retail, electrical, or industrial environments
  • 5 plus years of Sales Force experience
  • 5 years of advanced Excel skills with high confidence handling structured data
  • Legal work authorization in the United States permanently without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years proficiency with KNIME and Tableau for data analysis or reporting 5+ years proficiency supporting distributor or channel partner onboarding processes 5+ years proficiency with product master data, customer data, or digital content workflows 5+ years proficiency with working cross-functionally in a matrixed sales, marketing, or operations environment Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to our employees. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
