Ecommerce Manager, Astoria Activewear and Haute Swimwear Miami, FL Hybrid (4 days in-office in Midtown Miami, 1 day remote)

Role:
We are seeking a creative and driven Ecommerce Manager to be the driving force behind our online business across both Astoria Activewear and Haute Swimwear. This role is for someone who is equal parts executor and strategic thinker. You take real pride in getting the day-to-day right, but you also seek to understand what is resonating with our customer and identify opportunities to grow. Reporting into our VP of Ecommerce & Marketing and working in close partnership with our Head of Graphic Design and Head of Social, you'll shape how the customer discovers, shop and falls in love with our brands online. The right candidate is passionate, dedicated, and is genuinely excited about fashion and lifestyle brands, with the experience to match.
Responsibilities:
  • Shopify storefront and merchandising: Upload and maintain all products, build and merchandise collections and product pages, manage outfitting and cross-sell, and keep the site visually and commercially sharp across both brands. This is the core of the role.
  • Email marketing: Ideate, build, and deploy all email campaigns in Klaviyo, partnering with our graphic designer and guided by the VP. This includes both campaign marketing sends and automated flow programs (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back).
  • Reporting and insights: Produce weekly business reporting on the health of the business with actionable insights.
  • Paid media support: Support the VP in managing our Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google ad accounts, including campaign setup, trafficking, and pulling reporting. This is the executional day-to-day that keeps the accounts running cleanly.
  • Influencer support: Support our influencer relations programs through bi-weekly check ins and occasional assistance with in-person events.
  • PR and brand events: Support VP in planning and manage PR and brand events end-to-end, from product launches to local Miami activations, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years managing ecommerce or digital merchandising for a direct-to-consumer brand, ideally in women's fashion (activewear, swimwear or lifestyle)
  • Hands-on Shopify expertise: product and variant uploads, collection building, site merchandising, and familiarity with merchandising apps like Rebuy
  • Klaviyo email marketing experience: campaign builds, list segmentation, and automated flows
  • Comfort with ecommerce reporting and analytics (Shopify Analytics, GA4) and the ability to turn numbers into clear, actionable insight
  • Working knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google ad platforms at the execution and reporting level
  • A good design eye and comfort collaborating closely with a graphic designer
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle workflow for two brands
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
