E-Commerce Manager

We have been designing, manufacturing, and selling healthcare products for over 50 years. Overview We're looking for a hands‑on E‑Commerce Manager to help run and grow our online stores. You'll work across Amazon, our Shopify website, and marketplaces like eBay and Walmart—plus help create product and marketing content to keep everything fresh and accurate. The ideal candidate will have experience with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and data analytics. This role involves managing all aspects of our online storefront, optimizing user experience, and driving revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns. including:

Managing our Amazon Seller Central account Updating and maintaining our Shopify website (products, collections, basic edits) Managing product listings on eBay and Walmart Creating and updating product content (descriptions, images, basic copy) Handling customer questions and issue resolution Taking and processing orders (including some inbound calls) Coordinating order fulfillment and tracking Managing inventory onsite and across platforms Helping spot opportunities to improve listings, content, and sales Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement. Helping with content creation including copywriting, graphic design and content management systems to produce engaging product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional materials.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
