Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Assistant to support our inventory management and fulfillment workflows. This is a full-time, W2 position for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong data management skills.

Key Responsibilities Inventory & Data Management:

Maintain precise records of daily inbound and outbound shipments using Excel; ensure 100% data integrity for stock levels.

Channel Operations:

Support the management of product listings on Amazon and other major marketplaces. Candidates with the ability to manage listings independently will be given priority.

Logistics Coordination:

Efficiently process and print shipping labels for multiple platforms, including specialized fulfillment programs such as Amazon FBA and Walmart WFS .

Performance Standards:

Meet daily processing quotas with a near-zero error rate to ensure customer satisfaction and platform health.

Qualifications Legal Status:

Must have valid U.S. work authorization and be able to provide W2 documentation .

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and general computer operations.

Language Skills:

Proficient in English (primarily written and reading) to manage platform communications and documentation.

Professionalism:

A high degree of accountability, punctuality, and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Schedule & Compensation Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

Breaks:

30-minute lunch; two 10-minute scheduled rest periods.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience and negotiable.

Benefits Paid Holidays:

Weekend Overtime:

Occasional remote weekend support may be required to prepare for Monday fulfillment, compensated at 1.5x the hourly rate .

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
