About the Role We're seeking a motivated Online Marketplace Specialist to support our ecommerce operations by creating high‑quality listings, optimizing product visibility, and helping drive consistent sales. This is a commission‑only role ideal for someone who enjoys flexible work, understands online marketplaces, and thrives in performance‑based environments. Responsibilities Create accurate, appealing product listings with strong titles, descriptions, and keywords Upload and organize product photos Research pricing trends to set competitive and profitable price points Monitor listings, update inventory, and track sold items Maintain consistent listing activity to support steady sales Communicate professionally regarding item details or updates Follow platform policies to avoid violations Work independently and meet listing goals Requirements Experience with e-commerce platforms (Whatnot, eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) Comfortable with performing live and interacting with a live audience Excellent people skills Must be able to multitask by interacting with the audience about products, while showcasing each product with an energetic act. Experience with live auctions is a huge plus! Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to write clean, clear product descriptions. Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently Basic photo‑taking or photo‑editing skills Comfortable with commission‑only pay Smartphone or computer with internet access Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines Compensation This is a commission‑only role.
