Located in Bolingbrook, IL, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to excel in both strategic and daily operational activities. Overview This is a full-time, salary position that includes bonus opportunities, paid time off, health, dental and vision insurance. Life and Disability insurance included. We also value work-life balance and flexibility, so our associates can choose to work 2 days remotely every week (Tuesdays are required in office). Position Summary The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across multiple e-commerce brands. This role manages email marketing, website merchandising, promotional campaigns, product launches, influencer partnerships, and marketplace operations to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth. The Marketing Manager works cross-functionally to ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with company objectives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo. Manage website merchandising, promotional updates, and product launches within Shopify for our two brands. Plan and execute promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and marketing initiatives across digital channels. Coordinate and lead monthly promotional planning meetings with cross-functional teams. Manage influencer and affiliate partnerships, including recruitment, relationship management, and performance tracking. Collaborate with creative, merchandising, customer service, and leadership teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns. Coordinate new product launches, ensuring timely implementation across websites and marketing channels. Create and manage digital marketing content to support promotional campaigns and brand initiatives through social media. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase customer engagement, conversions, and revenue. Manage product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and additional online marketplaces, ensuring accurate product information and timely product launches. Monitor marketplace listings to maintain SKU accuracy, resolve listing issues, and ensure products remain available online. Write and optimize website and product copy utilizing SEO best practices. Maintain brand consistency across all digital marketing channels and customer touchpoints. Stay informed on digital marketing, e-commerce, and industry trends to identify new opportunities and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field. Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and Google Workspace. Strong understanding of email marketing, e-commerce, SEO, website merchandising, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and digital marketing best practices. Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, and Pinterest. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
