We pride ourselves on accuracy, speed, and customer experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Data & Catalog Specialist to join our in-office team. Role Overview As a Data & Catalog Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and enriching our online product catalog. This includes ensuring product data accuracy, maintaining consistency across platforms, and supporting cross-functional teams (sales and operations) with reliable product information. This role is critical to driving customer confidence, SEO visibility, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Upload, review, and maintain product data (titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and fitment). Ensure catalog accuracy and consistency across multiple e-commerce platforms. Working with the Data Analyst to audit and clean product data to maintain compliance with internal standards and external partner requirements. Analyze data trends and propose improvements to product listings to increase conversion and reduce returns. Support new product onboarding with thorough research and structured data entry. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in e-commerce catalog management, product data, or related field. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy. Ability to work in a busy environment Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and ability to learn new catalog management tools. Comfort with analyzing product data, spotting inconsistencies, and implementing structured improvements. Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
