Job Summary The Sr. Director of E-Commerce Engineering drives the development and optimization of e-commerce platforms for Chili's and Maggiano's focusing on delivering a seamless guest experience and revenue growth. This role is based in Dallas (Coppell), TX and follows a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). We are currently focused on local candidates or those open to relocating to the area at their own expense. At this time, we are unable to provide sponsorship support. Your Key Job Functions Lead, mentor, and grow a high performing team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative and results oriented culture. Develop and execute the ecommerce, loyalty, and CRM platform strategy Oversee the technical design and development of the ecommerce platforming, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security to handle high volume traffic.
