- $48.00 per hour. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown San Francisco office
- Tues through Thursday in-office, with Monday and Friday remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own day-to-day site merchandising execution and site maintenance across product launches, PDP setup, homepage updates, collection pages, promotional activations, and assortment changes. Execute all onsite updates tied to launches, campaigns, seasonal refreshes, and ongoing business priorities across both desktop and mobile experiences. Manage and maintain the online product catalog with a high degree of accuracy, including imagery, pricing, copy, product attributes, and assortment setup. Support site readiness for launches and campaigns by ensuring all digital assets, product information, pricing, promotional details, and merchandising updates are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. Proactively QA and monitor the site daily to identify content issues, broken experiences, merchandising inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement. Identify, track, and escalate site bugs and content issues, partnering closely with Digital Product and internal teams to support timely resolution. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure launches, promotions, and customer-facing experiences are executed accurately and on schedule. Coordinate asset collection and launch readiness across cross-functional partners, ensuring copy, imagery, product information, and promotional details are received, organized, and uploaded accurately within required timelines. Communicate .com calendar updates, launch changes, and promotional shifts to relevant stakeholders in a timely and organized manner. Monitor and audit third-party onsite experiences and integrations, flagging issues to the Director and Digital Product lead as needed. Support recurring ecommerce reporting and launch recaps, including performance summaries, waitlist and pre-order trends, and other key product demand signals. Serve as a reliable operational partner to the broader eCommerce team, bringing strong attention to detail, follow-through, and urgency to all deliverables. ProfileREQUIREMENTS BA/BS
degree or equivalent experience preferred. 3+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, site merchandising or digital operations required Experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer products strongly preferred Experience managing high-volume site updates with strong accuracy and attention to detail Experience with QA, site audits, and bug tracking Advanced Excel skills required. Experience with Google Analytics preferred. Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously Strong desire to learn best-in-class digital marketing and ecommerce practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues quickly and support effective solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Eager to work in a collaborative and fast paced environment. Ability to work efficiently with strong time-management skills. Analytical ability and a desire to learn from data. Ability to work independently, stay highly organized, and maintain a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. Prior knowledge and/or interest in learning HTML a plus.
