Temporary Launch Assistant / Project Coordinator Mr. B's Chicken — South Beloit / Rockford Area We're getting ready to launch Mr. B's Chicken, a new fried chicken food trailer coming to South Beloit, and we're looking for a highly organized, reliable person to help bring everything across the finish line. This is a temporary 30-day position for someone who is detail-oriented, good with follow-up, comfortable making calls, and able to help keep vendors, supplies, appointments, and launch tasks organized. Local to Rockford / South Beloit preferred 15-25 hours per week $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience Temporary role: approximately 30 days What you'll help with: ✅ Calling vendors and suppliers ✅ Getting quotes and comparing options ✅ Following up on orders and delivery dates ✅ Organizing receipts, invoices, and documents ✅ Helping track launch tasks and deadlines ✅ Coordinating appointments and contractor follow-ups ✅ Researching local suppliers and products ✅ Taking notes and helping keep the launch organized Ideal person: ✨ Very organized ✨ Reliable and responsive ✨ Good communicator ✨ Comfortable making phone calls ✨ Able to follow up without being reminded ✨ Good with email, spreadsheets, and basic online research ✨ Positive attitude and willing to help wherever needed This is a great short-term opportunity for someone who enjoys helping small businesses, organizing projects, and being part of something exciting from the ground up.
