We are looking for a hands-on TikTok Shop & Creator Partnerships Coordinator to help build and manage our social commerce operations. What you'll do Help manage TikTok Shop accounts across our brands Research and communicate with affiliate creators Coordinate product samples, UGC content and creator collaborations Help plan organic TikTok content Monitor TikTok Shop performance and basic GMV Max advertising Track weekly results and identify winning products and content Support new product launches on TikTok Shop What we're looking for Strong understanding of TikTok and short-form content Experience with TikTok Shop, e-commerce, influencer marketing or creator partnerships preferred Strong English communication skills Organized, proactive and comfortable working independently Located in the Tampa Bay area and available for occasional in-person meetings Position details Part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week Hybrid, Tampa, FL $28-$32/hour Initial 90-day introductory period Opportunity to grow as we launch additional brands
