Platform, Search & Optimization Execute and maintain search logic within Adobe Commerce Sensei Search, including rules, synonyms, boosts, pinning, and ranking to optimize on‑site search performance. Support the Senior Website Manager with technical updates, functional improvements, CMS enhancements, and platform upgrades. General Function:
The Website Lead, US plays a critical role within the Audio-Technica Americas Website Team, serving as the administrative lead for the U.S. website content while supporting and organizing the broader regional ecosystem. This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day content management and general maintenance across multiple languages and territories. This position requires an exceptional level of attention to detail, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate thrives on precision, moves quickly without sacrificing accuracy, and is highly effective at coordinating numerous stakeholders across Marketing, Communications, Product Development, external agencies, and regional teams. Design capabilities are not a primary requirement of this position but could play a larger role depending on the candidate's experience. In the absence of design experience, the ability to generate or adapt visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite—under the direction of the Brand Design Manager—is considered a strong advantage.Essential Functions:
Website Content & Project Management Coordinate and manage the addition of new content (product, blog, category-level landing pages), updates, from initial launch through post‑launch maintenance. Own timelines, task tracking, and approvals for multiple concurrent website initiatives, including product launches, landing pages, campaigns, and content refreshes. Ensure content is published accurately, consistently, and on schedule—demonstrating obsessive attention to detail across copy, imagery, links, metadata, pricing, and structure. Maintain content hygiene across the site, including audits for outdated content, broken links, asset accuracy, and overall consistency Product & E Commerce Execution Populate and maintain website content related to commercial and retail product launches, including product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, and supporting assets. Liaise closely with Marketing, Product Development, Ecommerce Sales, and other internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of product information. Support ecommerce initiatives, promotional campaigns, and CRM executions in collaboration with Marketing and Ecommerce teams. Brand & Visual Alignment Partner with the Brand Design Manager to ensure all visual content aligns with established brand guidelines and visual identity. Execute or adapt visual assets when required (under supervision), including basic Adobe Creative Suite work, while maintaining strict brand compliance. Multilingual & Regional Website Support Coordinate the collection and organization of all translated copy and assets for additional Americas websites, including: es‑us (Spanish US), en‑ca (English Canada), fr‑ca (French Canada), es‑mx (Spanish Mexico), es‑ar (Spanish Argentina), pt‑br (Portuguese Brazil). Build and populate multilingual site sections, landing pages, and campaigns as needed, ensuring consistency in layout, styling, and user experience across regions. Ensure the accurate deployment of translated content and the precise application of region‑specific pricing.
