Job Description
Overview We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant to the Owner to join our dynamic team at Shark Bowls and Bites. Do you love acai bowls and healthy eating? Are you a foodie? Ever wondered how a small independent restuarant operates? Love talking to people? This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is eager to support a small business owner and learn how a small business works. Tasks include taking customers orders, doing weekly inventory, working as needed at offsite locations (MUSC) and doing the weekly schedule for 15 team members. You will assist in training, hiring and providing performance feedback. As the right-hand person to the owner, you'll help streamline daily operations, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth communication across all levels of the organization.
