Job Description

OVERVIEW
As an eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist Professional , you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient order processing, assembly of parts, and shipment for our online retail operations. Utilizing the various computer shipping programs, the fulfillment specialist will ensure that orders are correct and being shipped out in a timely fashion. The fulfillment specialist will operate in a multi-faceted role. The fulfillment specialist will operate on the
USPS & UPS
shipping smaller products and packages. No Forklift is required for this position. You will be responsible for picking, packing, assembling, and shipping customer orders accurately and timely. Must have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to meeting quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced environment and ability to work independently . The fulfillment specialist must have excellent computer skill and will operate various computer programs to complete product orders, print shipping labels and ensure timely delivery of product. The success of this role requires critical thinking, problem-solving, and organization skills. This includes filling store orders in an accurate and safe manner while monitoring and ensuring product accuracy and quality. This position requires someone who can maintain a fast, steady pace with strong attention to accuracy. No drug use or Felonies and be able to pass drug test and Background test.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Verify customer information to ensure the package is sent to and received by the correct customer. Perform quality control checks to verify the accuracy and condition of products before shipment. Assembling Parts for shipping. Use order management systems and shipping software to process orders, generate shipping labels, and update order status. Responsible for ensuring that warehouse merchandise is stocked correctly, in proper order, and maintain organization and tidiness of shelves and racks. Clean and organize shipping and processing areas to ensure a safe working area.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to frequently lift at least 25lbs. Must be able to stand and walk for 4 hours per day and safely use ladders and step stools consistently throughout the workday. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be extremely detail-oriented Excellent computer knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs; must learn and become proficient in Quickbooks, Shipstation and UPS software. Regular and reliable attendance. Must Pass Background & drug test•Random Drug Testing No Felonies or domestic violence
FULL TIME POSITION 8AM
•5PM PAY $18•26
AN HOUR Pay:
$18.00•$26.00 per hour
