Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Define and execute strategies and plans for eCommerce customers in line with Hunter Fan Company's business requirements and growth objectives. Own the path to purchase and all associated eCommerce sales and marketing activities across assigned customers, channels, and platforms. Manage all aspects of selling on Amazon and support growth across, marketplaces and customer channels as applicable. Ensure achievement of agreed customer targets and key performance indicators, including sales, profitability, forecast accuracy, digital shelf performance, content quality, inventory alignment, and promotional effectiveness. Implement, follow up, and update customer and channel plans to ensure priorities, timing, ownership, and execution are clearly managed. Support Category, Channel, Marketing, and Product teams in the development of sales plans, promotional programs, product launches, and customer-specific growth initiatives. Collaborate with peer Customer Managers and internal business partners to share best practices and drive account-related initiatives. Work collaboratively with Paid media department to develop advertising initiatives Lead account management activities, including forecasting, inventory planning, promotional planning, site merchandising opportunities, cross-selling, site events, and customer business reviews. Collect, analyze, and translate data from internal and external systems into actionable insights, business updates, and recommended next steps. Manage vendor portal requirements with accounts, including item setup, content updates, reporting, compliance, and issue resolution. Oversee content data management and uploading across accounts and channels, including product copy, images, enhanced content, item attributes, pricing, and launch readiness. Effectively manage direct reports to ensure goals are well defined and executed Ensure adherence to all Company principles, policies, customer requirements, pricing guidelines, and brand standards. Ensure development of careers, succession plans, coaching, prioritization, and performance guidance for direct reports as assigned. Work comfortably in the grey with an end-to-end understanding of the business, including sales, operations, content, inventory, fulfillment, customer experience, and profitability. Challenge the status quo and continuously raise the bar for eCommerce execution, process improvement, reporting, and customer experience. Required travel 20-30%
