We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand that sells across multiple digital platforms. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented e-commerce professional to join our backend team and help us flawlessly execute our digital sales and exclusive product drops! The Role We are looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to be the driving force behind our online product listings and multi-channel sales. In this role, you will be the final gatekeeper before our products go live to the world. You will take the lead on building out product pages, syncing inventory, and launching products across our Shopify website, Amazon, eBay, TEMU, TikTok Shop, and Whatnot. You will work closely with our graphic design and marketing teams to ensure every product has the right images, the right copy, and goes live at the exact right time. What You'll Be Doing:

Multi-Channel Listing:

Create, optimize, and manage product listings across Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay, TEMU, Amazon, Whatnot, and other emerging platforms.

Product Launches:

Spearhead the digital rollout of new comic drops and exclusive variants. Ensure products go live at the scheduled time with zero errors.

Team Coordination:

Act as the bridge between the Marketing and Graphic Design teams. Make sure all promotional assets, banners, and product images are finalized and uploaded before launch day.

Quality Control:

Meticulously check SKUs, variant options (like comic grades or covers), pricing, and inventory counts.

Listing Optimization:

Write clear, exciting, and accurate product descriptions using basic e-commerce SEO and keywords so our products rank high in search results.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels across multiple platforms to ensure we don't oversell and that our integrations are syncing correctly.

What We're Looking For:

Shopify Expertise:

Strong, hands-on experience using Shopify is a massive plus. You should know your way around the backend of a store.

Marketplace Experience:

Previous experience listing products on Amazon (Seller Central), eBay, TikTok Shop, or TEMU is highly preferred. Extreme Attention to

One typo on a price or SKU can cause chaos. You are the kind of person who double-checks everything before hitting "Publish."

Highly Organized:

You can manage multiple product launches at once, keep track of moving parts, and hit deadlines.
