Responsibilities:

Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information Explain rental responsibilities, if necessary Ensure the newest service and product knowledge

Qualifications:

Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills About Company "Where Quality is a Tradition," Street Toyota in Amarillo, Texas, was established in 1983.
