Ecommerce Operations Coordinator Location:

$18 per hour RTW Wheels is a rapidly growing OEM wheel ecommerce and wheel repair company based in Houston, Texas. We specialize in OEM wheel replacement, wheel repair, refinishing, and ecommerce fulfillment. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations Coordinator to help support and scale our ecommerce operation. This is NOT a social media influencer or marketing role. This is an operations-focused position centered around: ecommerce listings, inventory management, product organization, website operations, e-commerce system execution.

The ideal candidate is:

detail-oriented, organized, process-driven, reliable, tech-comfortable, and capable of handling repetitive operational tasks accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities:

Create and update ecommerce product listings Manage inventory updates across platforms Assist with BigCommerce and eBay operations Organize and maintain product data Upload and manage wheel photos Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams Assist with pricing and inventory audits Maintain listing accuracy and consistency Help improve e-commerce operational workflows Support order management and fulfillment coordination Assist with Facebook Marketplace and additional sales channels

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills Comfortable using computers and spreadsheets Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Ability to work independently Strong communication skills Ecommerce, inventory, or automotive experience is a plus but not required Experience with BigCommerce, eBay, Google Sheets, or inventory systems is a plus
