The Position:

E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist We are looking for a detail-oriented, computer-savvy E-Commerce Product Listing Specialist to help get our vintage and secondhand inventory online quickly and accurately. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion and thrifting, is highly comfortable and efficient with computers, and enjoys detail-focused work. Your primary responsibilities will be accurately measuring garments and creating clear, consistent product listings for our e-commerce website while maintaining the speed and accuracy needed to process a high volume of inventory. Accurately measure clothing to add to listing description Create clear, accurate, and consistent product titles for our website Enter product details, measurements, sizing, brand information, condition, and other listing attributes accurately Process a high volume of products while maintaining strong attention to detail and listing quality Prepare and publish products through Shopify and other e-commerce platforms as needed Review product information and photos to ensure listings are complete and accurate before publishing Maintain consistency across product listing standards Identify errors or inconsistencies and correct them before products go live Help identify opportunities to improve or automate repetitive listing processes Meet daily productivity and quality expectations Assist in monitoring and responding to support emails in a timely manner Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Work closely with leadership to continuously improve our product listing process

What We're Looking For:

Strong typing speed and overall computer efficiency Strong attention to detail Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills Highly organized, dependable, and punctual Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-oriented work at a high level Ability to stay focused while processing a large volume of products Time-management skills and ability to meet productivity goals Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team Ability to follow established processes while also recognizing opportunities for improvement Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow Comfortable receiving feedback, coaching, and direction Previous online product listing experience is preferred Experience with Shopify is a plus Experience or knowledge of clothing, fashion, thrifting, or resale is a plus
