Business System Analyst - E-Commerce

Job Duties:

Work with various department managers and technology team members to improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications Provide documentation and workflow analysis support for process improvement Focus improving, troubleshooting and testing on multiple system integration between each departments Research and identify potential opportunity in new software and hardware that could benefit corporate process Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users Develop and design end user reports and/or dashboards for both financial and operational users Develop and support database activities, such as data loading and unloading Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends Plan growth and changes to the environment as needed

Skill Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management/Computer Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience Solid knowledge of SQL Server ERP, CRM, and Business Intelligence Software Experience within a manufacturing and/or e-commerce environment preferred Strong financial and business acumen Ability to set strategic goals for business processes Ability to multitask and prioritize within a dynamic environment Strong organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and able to develop rapport and positive working relationships with coworkers Bilingual in Mandarin preferred

Compensation:

Salary DOE + Health/Dental/Vision benefits are available after passing a three-month probation period. 401(k) available after the first year.
