Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Order Processor to join our team! This role works closely with customers and plays a key part in ensuring orders are accurate, timely, and handled with care.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with customers to process orders and answer questions Check inventory and coordinate customized orders Create and manage quotes and invoices in QuickBooks Desktop Ensure accuracy and attention to detail throughout the order process Maintain organized records and documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience using QuickBooks Desktop (must be proficient) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle customized orders with patience and professionalism Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualities:
Reliable, proactive, and organized Comfortable working with customized products and unique customer requests Team player with a positive attitude If you enjoy working with customers, staying organized, and managing detailed orders from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you!
