We're an Amazon advertising partner and have worked with hundreds of brands on Amazon and Walmart. Brands we've worked with include Motorola, Brumate, FitTrack, Norquin, and more. We're looking for someone eager to learn about Amazon/Walmart or ecommerce and to manage Amazon/Walmart advertising campaigns for our clients. We have a particular need for graphic design experience so with this round we'd like to hire someone with strong graphic design skills who would also be willing to be trained on all the other Amazon/Ecommerce work that we do. We'll train you on our advertising approach, the Amazon/Walmart marketplace, and the needs of different types of product brands. Ideal Candidate Background At the pace we're growing we hire a new specialist every few months. For this time around, we're in particular need of graphic design experience so we'd love to bring on a candidate that has graphic design experience in this round. Having knowledge of Amazon/Walmart and the ecommerce industry, previous Amazon/Walmart marketing work experience is a plus but not required. Pay per click advertising experience a plus Copywriting, internet marketing experience a plus Bright, willing to learn, team player - including taking extra initiative in the training period to learn independently along with formal training. Available for work full-time, 40 hours a week for the foreseeable future (with the exception of vacations and holidays of course) Specific experience working at an ecommerce marketing firm or product brand a plus Must not own and actively manage their own Amazon selling account•(old seller account must be deleted before hire) Ability to speak a foreign language can be useful in this job but is not required Project Duties Graphic Design for product images, A+ content, videos, on ecommerce platforms Manage advertising campaigns for clients on the Amazon/Walmart advertising platform Communicating with clients, answering emails, conference calls etc. Making recommendations of what to do for each client in order to maximize their Amazon/Walmart sales and profits Managing projects and tasks to ensure timelines are met and work is top quality Reporting to management on client progress, needs, and future recommendations Eventually learn all aspects of Amazon including SEO, copywriting, graphic design, A+ content, storefronts, shipping & logistics, and more. Primary Skills Amazon/Walmart PPC Advertising (Amazon/Walmart) Search Engine Optimization Client Communication Copywriting E-commerce Shipping/Logistics Project Management Client Communication Career Path The position will gradually turn into a project manager position where you manage larger projects, train other staff members, handle a larger set of client issues, and train client employees. Typically after a year or two a specialist is ready to move up to a project manager, which includes a very significant pay increase, and other benefits. Work Environment You'll be one of 12 team members located in the Orem, Utah area. You would usually be working business hours typically depending on your schedule (9-5). The workload does vary so you may have certain weeks that are not busy and you can head out early. There may be certain weeks that you choose to stay longer in order to finish up urgent tasks for clients. Occasionally a client will have a crisis level issue and we'll have to fix it immediately, potentially on a weekend or in the evening. We try to keep that to a minimum (In the past that has only happened once or twice a year). We use a project management software to organize all the work we are performing for clients. We'll train you on our system and you'll be expected to use it religiously. It's very important we record all work and time logs performed for clients. The willingness to stay organized and keep detailed records on work performed is a very key part of this job. We're not expecting you to already know how to do everything on your first day. Once you're part of the team, we're with you and will work with you until you have everything down. It will take time and we are planning for that. Our goal is to craft you into the best Amazon marketing expert you can be. We're all in this together. We typically bring on a new team member in this position every 2-3 months. Other Details Need to be able to work in our Orem office. This is not a remote position.
