About Us EM Beauty is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Office & Website Assistant to join our team. This position will assist with office operations, website updates, inventory management, and maintaining our Shopify and POS systems. We are looking for someone who is organized, computer-savvy, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities Update and maintain the company website. Enter and maintain products in Shopify and the POS system. Assist with inventory tracking and product management. Upload product information, pricing, and descriptions. Perform accurate data entry. Assist with general office and administrative tasks. Organize electronic files and maintain accurate records. Support management with various office projects. Qualifications Strong computer and data entry skills. Experience with Shopify is a plus but not required. Experience updating websites or using content management systems is preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to learn new software quickly. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
