Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales operations. This role combines Amazon marketplace management, customer service, website improvement, and order fulfillment responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities Amazon & Marketplace Management Create, optimize, and maintain Amazon product listings. Monitor listing performance and recommend improvements to increase sales and visibility. Manage product content, images, keywords, pricing, and inventory updates. Track account health and ensure compliance with marketplace policies. Identify opportunities to improve product rankings and conversion rates. Customer Service Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and marketplace messaging systems. Resolve customer concerns, returns, exchanges, and order issues professionally and promptly. Maintain high customer satisfaction and positive seller ratings. Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements based on recurring issues. Website Management & Improvement Review website performance, usability, and customer experience. Identify opportunities to improve conversions, product presentation, navigation, and overall user experience. Assist with product uploads, content updates, promotions, and website maintenance. Provide creative ideas and recommendations to increase online sales and customer engagement. Order Fulfillment & Operations Process and manage incoming orders accurately and efficiently. Pick, pack, and prepare shipments for delivery. Coordinate with shipping carriers and monitor shipment status. Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock organization. Help streamline fulfillment processes and improve operational efficiency. Qualifications Experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or other e-commerce marketplaces. Strong understanding of online retail operations and customer service best practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar systems is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks related to packing and shipping orders. Experience with Amazon SEO and listing optimization. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Experience working in a warehouse or fulfillment environment. Basic graphic design or content creation skills are a plus.
