The successful candidate for the Program Manager, PMO is a strong general athlete with product, program, or general management experience. This role involves a wide range of problem-solving and will require the ability to identify opportunities with limited oversight, form strong recommendations supported by robust analysis, and build consensus and a plan of action around a common solution. Key job responsibilities In this role with the WW Returns PMO and Center of Excellence, you will focus on ensuring every Amazon launch that requires a Returns solution, delivers as close to program delivery excellence as possible. You will contribute to and drive programs that will increase the working metabolism of teams across Amazon by equipping them with tools and automation to help deliver projects to the same consistent standard, faster, and on an exponential scale. You will coordinate cross functionally and across Amazon Org to guide project owners to bring technical solutions from ideation to fruition.

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
