Internship/Assistant Position Bedlington Supplies / Seoul Naturals - Kennewick, Washington About Us Bedlington Supplies is a health and beauty manufacturing company that develops and produces soaps, shampoo and conditioner bars, skincare products, personal-care products, and other naturally inspired goods. We also operate Seoul Naturals, our K-Beauty-inspired brand manufactured in the United States. We are seeking a motivated intern or entry-level assistant who is interested in learning how a growing health and beauty company operates. This position offers hands-on experience in several areas of the business, including manufacturing, shipping, inventory, marketing, product development, and e-commerce. Position Overview This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate who wants practical experience beyond a traditional office internship. The selected candidate will work alongside our team and learn how products move from the initial idea and manufacturing process through packaging, marketing, online sales, and customer delivery. Because we are a small and growing company, the intern will be exposed to many different parts of the business and will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as their skills develop. This internship may lead to a larger, long-term role within the company.

Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with the manufacturing and preparation of health, beauty, and personal-care products Helping fill, package, label, and prepare products for sale Assisting with shipping and order fulfillment for retail and wholesale customers Organizing raw materials, packaging supplies, finished products, and inventory Learning basic inventory-management and production-tracking procedures Supporting product listings on Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms Assisting with product photography, descriptions, promotions, and online content Helping create social media and marketing materials Conducting market, product, ingredient, and competitor research Assisting with labels, barcodes, and product documentation Helping prepare samples and materials for customers, events, and product launches Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Supporting other administrative and operational projects as needed What You Will Learn This internship provides hands-on exposure to: Health and beauty product manufacturing Packaging, labeling, and quality-control processes Shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment E-commerce operations Product development and formulation support Branding, marketing, and social media Inventory and warehouse organization Wholesale and direct-to-consumer sales The daily operations of a growing small business Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Is dependable, organized, and willing to learn Has strong attention to detail Can follow written instructions and established procedures Is comfortable working in both production and office environments Can manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities Communicates professionally and works well with others Takes initiative and asks questions when clarification is needed Is comfortable using computers and learning new software Can maintain a clean and organized workspace Is interested in health and beauty products, manufacturing, marketing, e-commerce, business, chemistry, or a related field Current college students, recent graduates, and candidates pursuing degrees in business, marketing, communications, chemistry, cosmetic science, engineering, supply-chain management, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Previous experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Physical Requirements This position may require standing for extended periods, performing repetitive packaging tasks, and safely lifting or moving boxes and supplies.
