Phoenix, Arizona Full-Time | $60,000-$65,000 per year About the Role We are looking for a motivated Junior CRM & Operations Coordinator to support our real estate and development operations. This role is designed for someone ambitious, smart, organized, curious, and eager to learn. You will work across CRM management, real estate projects, development tracking, lead management, and day-to-day operations, giving you exposure to several parts of the business. As you learn the business and develop your skills, you will gradually take on more responsibility. The position is based in Phoenix, although some projects and properties may be located outside Arizona. Responsibilities Manage and maintain CRM systems and keep lead information accurate and up to date. Track leads, conversations, follow-ups, and next steps. Conduct outreach to prospects, tenants, brokers, and other contacts. Build and maintain Excel trackers for home developments and other real estate projects. Create simple reports and trackers that help management understand projects, leads, and activity. Maintain databases for industrial parks, tenants, prospects, and other contacts. Learn and manage platforms such as LoopNet and Crexi and keep property listings current. Help improve CRM workflows, Excel trackers, and internal systems as the company grows. Research properties, companies, markets, and potential projects as needed. What We're Looking For Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Fast learner who is comfortable with technology and new software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable making calls and following up with prospects. Able to manage multiple projects and priorities. Takes initiative and follows through without constant reminders. Interested in real estate, development, and business operations. Wants to learn, improve, and take on more responsibility as they grow in the role. Real estate or CRM experience is helpful but not required . We care more about finding someone capable, motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
