RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Operations & CRM Specialist in Phoenix, AZ (100% Onsite).
Summary:
We want to identify a Marketing Operations & CRM Specialist who can own integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution. This role will drive lead generation, customer engagement, and pipeline growth through effective use of marketing automation, CRM tools, and multi-channel marketing programs. We are working directly with the hiring manager on this search assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on marketer who understands the full customer lifecycle, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can operate independently while collaborating across Sales, Product, Creative, and Customer Service teams. Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, content, webinars, events, and paid advertising
  • Build and manage workflows, audience segmentation, lead nurturing programs, lead scoring, and reporting
  • Administer and leverage HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Partner with Sales on lead management, targeted outreach, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize programs to improve ROI and pipeline impact
  • Coordinate campaign execution across multiple stakeholders while managing timelines and priorities
  • Will be conducting extensive multichannel marketing
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Campaign Management, or Integrated Marketing
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing, attribution, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Experience managing email, social media, paid digital, and demand generation campaigns, including testing and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, or Salesforce CRM marketing automation platforms
  • Solid understanding of the customer lifecycle, including lead capture, segmentation, scoring, qualification, nurturing, routing, and conversion
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, partnering with Sales, Product, Creative, Customer Success, and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to adapt quickly and work independently
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
Preferred Qualifications:
  • HubSpot certifications
  • Experience in B2B technology, manufacturing, or industrial industries

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
