This entry-level role assists with project coordination, sample management, customer support, vendor communication, and administrative functions throughout the product development lifecycle. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product development, packaging, sourcing, and global manufacturing operations while working closely with cross-functional teams. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist with product development projects from concept through production and delivery. Coordinate product samples, approvals, revisions, and shipment tracking. Maintain product specifications, development records, and project documentation. Support communication with domestic and international vendors regarding samples, timelines, and product information. Assist in reviewing artwork, templates, and packaging specifications for accuracy. Prepare customer presentations, product summaries, spreadsheets, and reports. Enter and maintain product data within company systems and databases. Support sales and product development teams with quote requests, pricing information, and customer follow-up. Track project milestones and communicate status updates to team members. Assist with sourcing activities, vendor research, and obtaining product information. Visit local retail stores, suppliers, and other business locations as needed to inspect products, conduct market research, purchase samples, and support product development activities. Help ensure products meet customer specifications and quality requirements. Maintain organized electronic and physical project files. Provide general administrative support to the Product Development and Sales teams. Perform other related duties as assigned Supervisory Requirements None. Required Skills & Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Customer - service oriented with a professional demeanor. Basic analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or coursework in Business, Marketing, Product Development, Textiles, Packaging, Supply Chain, or related field preferred. 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, project coordination, manufacturing, administrative support, or a related field. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel locally as needed to support product development and sourcing activities. Equivalent combinations of education, training, certifications, and relevant experience will be considered. Physical Requirements Primarily sedentary work requiring prolonged periods at a computer workstation. Occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 15 pounds. Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, and telecommunication devices.
