The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, including system administration, security management, workflow automation, integrations, and user support. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to ensure the CRM platform effectively supports business processes and strategic initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following are the essential duties and responsibilities of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator. Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments, Business Central, Customer Service, and custom applications.
- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and Power Automate flows to meet business requirements.
- Manage user accounts, security roles, teams, and field-level security while ensuring adherence to organizational security standards.
- Perform system configuration, customization, and environment management across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
- Support CRM integration with third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and Microsoft Power Platform components.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Dynamics reporting capabilities and Power BI.
- Oversee data quality, perform data imports/exports, and establish data governance practices.
- Manage solution deployments and assist with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) activities, including release planning and change management.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement CRM enhancements.
- Create and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support to maximize CRM adoption and utilization.
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 releases, new features, and industry best practices. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules.
- Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including: o Microsoft Power Automate o Microsoft Power Apps o Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with security models, business process flows, workflows, and solution management.
- Knowledge of data migration tools and integration methods including REST APIs and web services.
- Understanding of relational databases and familiarity with SQL.
- Experience supporting software testing, UAT, and production deployments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules including Business Central, Customer Service, and Field Service
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse administration and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Azure integrations and cloud services.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD deployment processes.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are highly desirable. Preferred Certifications
