This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, improving systems, and turning insights into action. You will play a key role in maintaining donor data integrity, supporting reporting and segmentation, and helping drive effective, data-informed fundraising strategies. Key Responsibilities Data & CRM Management Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date donor data Perform data cleaning, deduplication, and quality assurance Ensure consistent data entry standards and best practices Analytics & Reporting Create and maintain dashboards and reports on fundraising performance Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights Support leadership and board reporting needs Donor Operations Process donations accurately and in a timely manner Manage donor acknowledgment processes and track stewardship efforts Segmentation & Insights Segment donor audiences for targeted campaigns and outreach Support data-driven engagement strategies Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve workflows and systems Support integrations across CRM, donation platforms, and marketing tools Document processes and contribute to operational efficiency
Qualifications Required:
2-5 years of experience in data management, analytics, or development operations Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar platform) Strong data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
Experience in a nonprofit or fundraising environment Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Experience with marketing automation or donation platforms
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
