About the
Role:
As a CBRE Sales Analyst, you will partner with the sales team to support the business and operating model. This job is part of the Sales function. They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new and existing clients.
What You'll Do:
Responsible for management and maintenance of the market database of all clients. Create and manage target lists. Track progress and issue periodic updates to leadership. Ensure business plans, tracking reports, strategies, evaluations, and dashboards are accurate and completed on time. Prepare materials and engage in market meetings and broker debriefs to support the sales process. Partner with Research and Marketing teams to generate reports and materials. Act as the local software expert, assisting brokers, support staff, and management in the use of the tool. Learn, support, and drive the adoption of other broker technology tools and systems. Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with
