Job Description

We are hiring a Junior Market Analyst to support to an established sales and marketing firm that serves as the North American liaison for a major overseas manufacturer. In this role, you will analyze market trends, gather consumer insights, evaluate competitive landscapes, and create polished presentations that help guide product and business decisions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys research, data interpretation, and working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities Market Trend Analysis - Review third-party market data and turn insights into clear presentations for U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Consumer Insights Research -Research design trends, innovation, and best-selling items across multiple sales channels. Competitive Landscape Updates -Maintain quarterly product landscape reports by brand, finish, function, and price point. Survey Development -Build and launch consumer surveys; analyze and present results. Digital Content Review -Recommend improvements to online content and the consumer buying experience. Copy Review -Proofread and edit packaging copy. Field Research -Conduct store walks to document trends in design, merchandising, and promotions. Support meetings, trade shows, and additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field. 2+ years of relevant experience preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite a plus. Detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortable working cross-functionally. Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and respond to general business correspondences. Ability to effectively communicate information to different stakeholders of the company. Travel Occasional travel may be required.

Compensation:
