The CRM & Analytics Intern will support the development of a client-led commercial approach across CRM and retail. This role will help translate customer, product, and channel performance data into structured insights that support business decisions, improve targeting, and strengthen revenue growth across touchpoints. A key part of this role will be building analysis reports that connect customer behavior, sales performance, campaign activity, product demand, and regional trends into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities Support recurring and ad hoc client and commercial analysis reports , including customer segmentation, purchaser behavior, product performance, regional demand, campaign impact, and DTC sales performance. Analyze data across CRM and retail touchpoints to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps. Assist in building reports for key business initiatives, including best sellers, high-value client segments, limited-edition launches, campaign performance, and revenue contribution. Translate data into clear business insights to support targeting, media planning, CRM outreach, product focus, and commercial prioritization. Support audience and client segmentation frameworks, including high-value clients, repeat purchasers, regional demand patterns, and product affinity. Review media and campaign performance in relation to commercial outcomes, including conversion, revenue contribution, customer acquisition, and repeat engagement. Maintain trackers, reporting templates and presentations to improve consistency, visibility, and repeatability of analysis. Assist with executive-ready presentations and summaries that communicate findings, implications, and recommended next steps.Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA, Economics, Business Analytics, Business Analysis, Finance, Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, or related business-focused degree . Strong analytical mindset with interest in luxury, retail, client strategy, digital commerce, and commercial growth. Comfortable working with data and translating numbers into business insights. Strong Excel skills; PowerPoint skills required. Understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, CRM, e-commerce, media performance, or retail sales is strongly preferred. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple analysis workstreams at once. Curious, structured, and proactive, with the ability to identify patterns and ask thoughtful questions.What to expect:
Exposure to how luxury brands connect client strategy, digital performance, CRM, retail, and e-commerce into one commercial growth system. Hands-on experience building analysis reports used for business planning, campaign evaluation, client targeting, and leadership decision-making. Understanding of how customer insights influence media planning, product focus, clienteling, and revenue growth.Physical Demands:
