As a Patient Liaison, you are the primary point of contact between our facility and our patients. This is a high-volume, high-contact role requiring you to manage extensive daily phone interactions with empathy and professionalism. You will use your CRM expertise to track every interaction, ensuring a seamless and supportive care journey.
Key Responsibilities High-Volume Communication :
Manage 60+ to 200 daily activities , including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and portal inquiries.
Patient Advocacy & Support :
Act as a bridge between patients and clinical teams, answering questions about procedures, billing, and insurance coverage.
CRM & Data Management :
Maintain 100% accurate records in systems like HubSPot, Salesforce or Zendesk. This includes scheduling, documenting feedback, and tracking patient progress.
Relationship Building :
Provide exceptional service to build long-term trust, handling sensitive information and stressful situations with a calm, poised demeanor.
Issue Resolution :
Effectively mediate complaints and escalate complex clinical or administrative issues to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications & Skills Experience :
Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare scheduling, patient coordination, or high-volume customer service role.
Technical Expertise :
2+ years of hands-on CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud, HubSpot, or Zendesk). Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is highly preferred.
Communication :
Exceptional verbal and written skills with professional phone etiquette.
Soft Skills :
Strong empathy, active listening, and the ability to hold firm boundaries when following medical policies.
Education :
High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or Social Work is a plus
Pay:
$21.00 - $26.00 per hour
