people to join our team. Job responsibilities Key Accountabilities Sales & Client Analysis and Reporting Track Retail Sales and identify trends and opportunities. Provide analytical support during the setting of budgets, commercial targets, KPIs and metrics. Create insightful CRM Reports to support Retail, Franchise, Omnichannel, Merchandising & Marketing needs. Analyze client behaviors in support of clienteling, product and marketing strategies. Monitor Retail & CRM KPI & Metric Performance in order to support quick reactivity across departments. Measure ROI & performance results of campaigns, events, gifting initiatives, and clienteling programs to optimize investment based on performance outcomes. CRM Departmental Support Periodically monitor the Client Database to ensure completion, accuracy and compliance with data protection laws. Review CRM Reports to ensure retail teams are properly registering activities. Consolidate gifting orders and key feedback across the region for timely submission to HQ. Maintain proper inventory and strategic usage of client gifts. Support in organization of meetings, events & client experiences as needed. Retail Incentives Provide the analytics to support the creation of timely and targeted Retail Incentives. Perform a post-incentive analysis to best understand the impact delivered. Budget Management & Processing Maintain up-to-date tracking, processing and management of the

Budget. Ensure all
CRM & HE
related expenses are properly tracked and processed in a timely manner. Cross-Functional Support Act as a Sales & CRM Insights resource to help support 360 initiatives in the region. Support product initiatives by providing key CRM analysis and insights. Provide client insights to support Marketing communication & event strategies. Profile Technical Skills STRONG analytical and commercial skills to generate key consumer insights from database extractions and field information. Advanced Power BI, Excel & PowerPoint Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., SAP CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics ). Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales/Data Analysis. Team mindset and collaborative cross-functional partner. Analytical mindset. Ability to tell a story through the numbers Effective communication. Understanding of LATAM & Caribbean markets. Strong sense of ethics, responsibility, and alignment with the group's values. Excellent relationship building skills. Fluency in English, Spanish and/or Portuguese (is a plus )
