Job Description
About the Role This is the reporting and dashboard resource for a marketing measurement team supporting a portfolio of vacation ownership brands. You will be the person stakeholders come to when they need a number, a dashboard, or an explanation of what a number actually means. Over time you will also become the team's go-to resource for its marketing attribution platform and for the AI tooling being rolled out across the department. What You'll Do Build and maintain the dashboards and recurring reporting that marketing, brand, and club stakeholders rely on Answer ad hoc data questions, including pulling, checking, and explaining campaign and channel performance Keep reporting accurate and consistent, and catch data quality issues before they reach stakeholders Own platform knowledge for the marketing attribution tool, including documentation and first-line support for analysts and stakeholders Run enablement sessions so the wider team can use the platform on its own Work with the platform vendor and internal teams on configuration, new features, and issue resolution Test AI agents and prompts built by the growth and AI group, and apply automation to recurring reporting work Support campaign and channel measurement, including data quality checks and preparing results for readouts Assist with test setup and reporting as the team's holdout and lift testing program matures Translate findings for technical and non-technical audiences alike What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience Two or more years in reporting, marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a related field A track record of building and maintaining dashboards and recurring reporting for business stakeholders Hands-on experience with marketing and web platform data such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or an email service provider Working command of digital marketing channels and performance measurement concepts Experience with Power BI or a comparable visualization platform, plus Excel and PowerPoint Working knowledge of SQL and the willingness to build to intermediate proficiency. Development support is provided Clear communication and organization, including the ability to explain a number to someone who does not work in data Nice to Have Familiarity with a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake Familiarity with marketing attribution concepts, including multi-touch attribution Exposure to incrementality testing, holdout design, or A/B testing methodology Experience supporting platform rollouts, enablement, or documentation Familiarity with AI tools or automation workflows used in analytics or reporting Location & Schedule Full-time position converted from an existing contract role Occasional meetings, training, or events may come up, at 5% or less travel No supervisory responsibility Why You'll Want This Role You set how reporting gets built and presented, with methodology and metric definition decisions escalated to your manager The role has a clear growth path into subject matter ownership for the attribution platform and the department's AI tooling Your reporting informs brand marketing and campaign decisions across multiple brands SQL development support is provided if you are still building that skill 4CR1
