401(k) and medical insurance We're looking for a digital thinker who can manage a suite of web-based tools used in the day-to-day activities of running websites and web-based marketing. Do digital tools come naturally to you? Can you move efficiently through a series of dashboards and interfaces? We use a variety of tools including but not limited to: HubSpot SEMRush Zapier SalesMSG Active Campaign Osano Salesforce MailChimp Constant Contact EMMA WordPress Google Analytics Agency Analytics The successful candidate would work within our web team, and collaborate across all departments, to keep systems running smoothly and adjust processes to meet changing client needs.

Duties will include:

Running routine reports and oversight checks across different platforms Identifying critical issues and appropriate solutions Creating, duplicating, and implementing workflows Providing data for reporting Oversight of data management systems and web integrations Use of content management systems (mainly WordPress) to add and edit content Strategic use of AI within these processes Bonus skills: Image manipulation capabilities Experience in any graphic design software

Following onboarding, the ability to work remotely (locally) will be offered.
