- Conduct shopper behavior and market research specific to the Asian grocery retail sector, analyzing purchasing patterns, cultural preferences, and seasonal demand trends to develop data-driven marketing strategies that support customer acquisition, retention, and basket growth;
- Plan and support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RedNote), email, and community-based channels, targeting Asian-American households, multilingual shoppers, and local community members;
- Optimize website, e-commerce platform, and mobile app content for SEO and SEM, ensuring clear communication of in-store and online offerings such as fresh produce, imported specialty goods, private-label products, prepared foods, and weekly and seasonal promotions;
- Analyze marketing and e-commerce performance metrics including cost-per-click (CPC), customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend (ROAS), online conversion rate, promotion redemption rate, and average basket size to guide ongoing optimization of marketing efforts across both in-store and online channels;
- Coordinate with store operations, merchandising, category management, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives, in-store promotions, online merchandising, product launches, and customer experience;
- Track marketing budget utilization, monitor vendor and brand co-marketing partnerships, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations to support data-driven decision-making and scalable campaign execution.
