(•Comscore, Total Visits, March 2026) Day to Day The Senior Legal Analyst II serves as a senior individual contributor on the Legal Product & Marketing Team responsible for driving meaningful operational improvements across Legal and cross-functional business processes. In this role, you will identify complex problems, design practical and forward-looking solutions, and drive significant initiatives that improve efficiency, improve consistency, and create measurable impact for the department and the business. You will act as a trusted partner on large, complex, and high-risk projects by bringing together collaborators across teams, aligning priorities, and translating complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal partners and leadership. This role requires exceptional judgment, the ability to operate autonomously in ambiguity, and a track record of improving processes, influencing adoption, mentoring others on complex challenges, and owning goals and outcomes within your area of responsibility. Responsibilities + Lead significant operational and cross-functional initiatives that improve Legal team efficiency, scalability, and business impact. + Design and implement forward-looking solutions, workflows, playbooks, and process improvements to solve complex operational challenges across teams or departments. + Lead major projects from planning through execution, adoption, and measurement, using data to demonstrate impact and identify opportunities for further improvement. + Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to legal risk owners and business stakeholders on large, complex, or high-risk projects, helping drive alignment and successful outcomes. + Build alignment among cross-functional stakeholders on complex initiatives and embed scalable, practical legal and compliance solutions into business workflows. + Translate complex legal concepts, risks, and requirements into clear, practical guidance for non-legal business partners and leadership. + Identify opportunities to improve team processes and operating models proactively, while responding effectively to new business needs an To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
