Working with the Vice-President of CRM Strategy and Operations and the EVP of University Communications & Marketing, the CRM Specialist will provide leadership and direction over the daily management of the various enrollment divisions functions within CRM system. This position is also responsible for various other secondary data-collecting, record-keeping tasks and managing projects as they relate to enrollment communications and the CRM system.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and managing the integrity of all planned communication processes run through the CRM, including email and text message campaigns Regularly create and maintain data reports to track communication effectiveness, enrollment goals, data integrity, and historical progress Assist with and manage all internal CRM processes, including filter development/maintenance, bulk edits, exports/imports, and interest pages Work closely with enrollment directors and other university offices to ensure data flow between the CRM and other enrollment and communication systems is accurate and timely Work closely with enrollment office staff to troubleshoot and resolve all CRM problems Work closely with university communications and marketing to ensure enrollment communications are on brand and effective
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree is recommended Experience with Slate CRMs is preferred Expertise with Excel is required Knowledge of data analytics Must possess excellent time-management, organizational, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills
