Full Time Job Description Summary Family-owned, growth-oriented wine and liquor wholesale distributor seeking a Spirits Portfolio Manager to expand supplier portfolios by driving execution with the sales force and building strong market presence across Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities Work with sales leaders to confirm supplier sales goals and communicate priorities Develop and execute brand plan calendars and incentive programs Maintain forecasts and support inventory planning Manage pre-sells and allocated items as needed Lead supplier review meetings with written recaps and follow-up Manage POS orders, new item setup, and portfolio launches Survey the market with sales management and supplier partners to identify opportunities Qualifications College degree preferred 3+ years of related sales experience Beverage alcohol wholesaler or supplier experience preferred Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Ability to travel throughout Massachusetts What we offer Competitive salary Medical and dental insurance Company-paid life and disability insurance Profit sharing 401(k) 10 paid holidays per year Paid vacation and sick time A collaborative, family-oriented work environmentRequirements:
