Full Job Description:

Provide fiduciary level analysis for potential customers. Responsible for client communications and the efficient completion of client deliverables. Enables accurate and regular two-way communication between the client and company to ensure project success and manage client expectations. Works closely with each department within the company to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects for the client. Develops and maintains a deep understanding of company capabilities and services and effectively communicates all offerings to customers or prospects. Provides regular reporting and feedback on all account activity and progress while creating efficiencies in company processes. Conduct ongoing research and analysis to educate and assist clients with marketing strategies and new opportunities.

Qualifications/Skills:

Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once Qualitative experience with account management/project management experience in a customer facing role Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and strong problem-solving skills to help resolve customer challenges Polished verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to customers Up-to-date understanding of the industry's consumer behavior Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data Organizational skills and attention to detail are critical Goal oriented, focused, and possess the ability to excel with minimal supervision.
