You will work one-on-one with the owner at our NE Grand Rapids office to design, organize, and structure all features and functions into a clean, powerful system. The final deliverable will be a fully configured GoHighLevel CRM with a clear step-by-step blueprint for ongoing use and to present to a developer. What You'll Do Build and configure a complete CRM in GoHighLevel from the ground up Design and organize all features, workflows, and functions Structure everything around proven marketing and advertising funnels (lead capture → nurturing → sales → retention) Create custom pipelines, automations, forms, dashboards, and reporting Develop a detailed step-by-step implementation and training plan Deliver a ready-to-use, well-documented CRM package Who We're Looking For Strong expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) - you must be experienced at building CRMs inside the platform Proven background in marketing and advertising funnels Skilled at turning ideas into organized, logical CRM systems Comfortable working in-person, side-by-side at our office Reliable, detail-oriented, and excellent at communicating concepts clearly If you're a GoHighLevel expert who loves building clean, effective CRMs and marketing systems from scratch, this is a great fit.
