This role focuses on analyzing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to provide insights that drive strategy, improve ROI, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Analyze marketing campaign performance across digital, email, social, and paid media channels Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track KPIs and marketing ROI Interpret customer data, market trends, and competitive insights to support marketing strategy and planning Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to deliver actionable insights and recommendations Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis for marketing initiatives Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting and analytics tools Assist with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and attribution analysis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field 2-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, or a related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights Proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting or analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, BI tools) Experience analyzing digital marketing performance metrics preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation systems Knowledge of attribution modeling, customer lifecycle analysis, or segmentation techniques
Pay Details:
